Hi, I’m Alec Rovniak - First and foremost, I’m a loving husband and father to 2 young boys. Our family is proud to call the vibrant city of Charleston, South Carolina, home. In a town this beautiful and enjoyable year-round, fully enjoying the outdoors is our mission. Whether it’s relaxing at home, taking an early dip in the ocean, or exploring local trails, we always strive to Live Life Outdoors.
Through my experience of building 200+ homes, I saw firsthand just how many homeowners lack the outdoor space of their dreams. And with a wife in real-estate, I know the emotional investment homebuyers and owners have in their properties.
